This is being done to silence dissent, critics of government policy, and whistleblowers. There are numerous examples of individuals being forcibly confined to a mental hospital, when their only offense was challenging government corruption. The Diagnostic Symptoms Manual (DSM-5) has been substantially revised to include fake diseases for all kinds bogus symptoms, making it easier to silence critics and whistleblowers. This latest revision to the DSM-5 was a carefully orchestrated government exercise, that was done under secrecy and a lack of transparency, which many doctors have complained about. This fraud is relevant to Targeted Individuals because to maintain the torture program, the CIA must convince the public that TI's are mentally unstable. Psychiatric diagnosis of mental disorders is a fraud. There are no chemical tests, no laboratory tests, no definitive blood, saliva, hair, brain, or genetic tests. No brain scan. No MRI. No CAT scan that can define mental illness. It is not objective. It is not scientific. It is fraud. Dr. Thomas Szasz, M.D., from his book “Psychiatry: The Science of Lies,” "The assertion rests on an erroneous premise, namely, that the doctors were interested in distinguishing insane inmates properly committed from sane inmates falsely detained. The whole history of psychiatry belies this assumption. ... each time experience was consulted, it showed that the experts were unable to distinguish the sane from the insane".

If no abnormality of the body can be found, no disease or illness can be known to exist. Unproved theories about etiology, pathology and prognosis are pure speculation. This is why so many doctors are opposed to psychiatry and its labeling of mental diseases, according to the DSM. If the disease cannot be detected using objective, scientific means – then it cannot be proven to exist.

Science is objective and repeatable. It does involve opinions or voting. It is not subjective.
Psychiatric diagnosis of mental disorders is a fraud.

120 million people worldwide have been diagnosed with mental disorders and placed on psychiatric drugs, which carry 286 international drug regulatory agency warnings, as ‘treatment.’ The general public has been lead to believe that a diagnosis of mental disorder is the same as a legitimate medical diagnosis of disease, which is false. Any diagnosis of mental disorder is dependent solely upon the psychiatrist’s opinion, reading through checklists of behaviors that define the various “mental disorders” contained within in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). The disorders listed within the DSM are arrived upon by psychiatrists literally voting on what is, or is not, considered a mental disorder. Unlike the rest of medicine, mental disorders are arrived at by a political, not medical process. This is why a person diagnosed with one mental disorder, can see another psychiatrist who decides he has a completely different mental disorder. There are no medical tests to prove either psychiatrist’s diagnosis is wrong, because there are no medical tests to prove either psychiatrist is right. The statements above are not opinion. In the United States, the nation’s leading mental health organization is the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), and this is what the head of NIMH stated in 2013:

‘Mental illness’ is terribly misleading because the ‘mental disorders’ we diagnose are no more than descriptions of what clinicians observe people do or say, not at all well established diseases — Statement of Allen Frances, Psychiatrist and former DSM-IV Task Force Chairman, 2015 “While DSM has been described as a ‘Bible’ for the field, it is, at best, a dictionary…. The weakness real-disease-vs-mental-disorderis its lack of validity. Unlike our definitions of ischemic heart disease, lymphoma, or AIDS, the DSM diagnoses are based on a consensus about clusters of clinical symptoms, not any objective laboratory measure. The American Psychiatric Association and the Psychiatrists directly responsible, need to stop drugging the innocent children of this world!

When you throw out a 3 star athlete, top performing musician, artist, national math competitor, and a student with a scientific aptitude 3 to 4 years ahead of his current grade level -- God gets angry. Why does God get angry? God gets angry because this 16 year old child, that is, myself, Mark Ralph Rowe -- that society threw out to the hands of the dogs (of whom are) a group of Zionist elites that mandate, direct, and create public mental health policy. This policy created directly affects the decisions, that are then applied to the mental health system, that in turn, affects the decisions made by mental health professionals, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and mental health social workers. These decisions that were made by these people certainly affected me in the winter of 1993, when I was coerced, and forced into the mental health system, while only before, an overachiever, star athlete, honor roll student, musician, artist, national math competitor, and a high school student with a scientific comprehension 3 to 4 grade levels above his current grade of 10.
The American Psychiatric Association, and the Zionist elite of whom hold 99 per cent of the upper management positions a the A.P.A. -- need to stop drugging the innocent children of this world, just as I, Mark Ralph Rowe, was a victim of a senseless act of unnecessarily psychiatric drugging by a one Dr. Eric Steckler M.D. (his office is located on Old Chain Bridge Rd in McLean, VA of zip code 22101) while attending McLean High School in 1993, not to mention that the week before, I was a possible candidate for the Junior Varsity football M.V.P. award, since I had just made 3 long yard receptions as the J.V. starting wide receiver against Langley High School (our High School's biggest rival) on a Friday in late January of 1993.
