The Soviet Union possessed a type of technology that was well above the level
of biotechnology and bioengineering that the United States had developed during the late 1960’S with applications to genetic engineering capable of modifying the frequencies of genes specific to the desired use of this synthetic embryo engineered at the genetic level, such as, when this embryo has it’s natural birth, then the passing of twenty years achieving it’s realized early human adulthood with skill sets that cannot be learned by people that were conceived by a non-modified sperm cell and with a non-modified zygote producing a non-modified embryo, and with the passing of twenty years, that is a person that does not have genes that can affect the behavior of this individual by the modification of his gene’s frequencies.
