Like Henry Kissinger, he was a personal assistant of philanthropist David Rockefeller and was instrumental in many US administrations, including that of Barack Obama. In the 1971 book, Between Two Ages: America’s Role in Technetronics Era, Brzezinski outlined many of the principal tenets of contemporary globalism.
